The Summer Writing Summit is a 2-day conference for faculty, staff, and students with concurrent workshops to help with creative and academic writing.
ON DAY ONE: presenters will provide students with tips and strategies for improving writing and researching skills; offer suggestions for those interested in creative work—fiction or poetry–and help faculty with tenure and promotion portfolios, archival research and ESL instruction.
ON DAY TWO: presenters will facilitate interactive workshops, writing sessions, peer review sessions, and participants will have the opportunity to present their works-in-progress to get feedback for revisions.
Please note: there are a limited number of online sessions. Attend in person to get full access to all sessions.
