At the ASU Library, we are committed to improving your library services. This electronic survey will assist us by:

• Helping us understand how the ASU community rates library services
• Identifying areas that need improvement
• Helping us tailor our services to your needs
• Benchmarking ASU’s results against other libraries

The LibQUAL+ web survey has been developed by the Association of Research Libraries and is used nationwide to measure library service quality and to identify best practices

It will take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time to complete the survey. You will be asked to rate a series of statements by indicating the minimum level of service you would find acceptable, your desired level of service, and the level of service that you believe the ASU Library currently provides. Please answer all the questions!

All responses to this survey will remain anonymous, and only aggregated results will be used in analysis. If you choose, you can enter a drawing for a gift certificate good for $100 at the ASU University Bookstore by giving your e-mail address at the end of the survey. Your e-mail address will not be linked to your responses in any way.
