Athens State University admits students every semester. Admission standards require that you must have completed at least 60-64 semester hours of college credit with a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or have earned a two-year associates degree. Applying for admission to Athens State requires a small non-refundable application fee. Official copies of transcripts from all college and universities previously attended must be received before students can be admitted unconditionally.
